Shipping Location

CN Warehouse: Located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China, to ensure rapid response to order requirements in Asia, Europe and other regions.
US Warehouse: A storage center established in the United States, dedicated to the North American market and fast delivery needs.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After the customer places an order and pays successfully on KuduParts, we will send an order confirmation email, marking the official effectiveness of the order.
  • Inventory Check: After receiving the order, our warehouse team will check the inventory to ensure the order is available. In case of out of stock, we will notify the customer by email or WhatsApp at once, and provide Waiting for Arrival or Immediate Refund services according to customer's wishes.
  • Order Allocation: According to the inventory situation and the logistics method selected by the customer, the order will be assigned to the nearest warehouse for packaging and shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Time: Normally, all orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 working days after confirmation. 

Shipping Methods & ETA:

  • Standard Shipping (Air Post): Estimated time of arrival is 10-15 days.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS): Estimated time of arrival is 3-7 days.
