At KuduParts, we stand behind the quality and durability of our mechanical components. We are committed to providing our customers with a seamless post-purchase experience. Please review our comprehensive warranty terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
All new replacement parts sold by KuduParts are covered by a standard 6-Month Limited Warranty. This warranty commences from the date of the original purchase.
Scope: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
Replacement Parts: If a replacement part is issued under warranty, the warranty period for that specific part will be valid for six (6) months from the date of shipment.

2. Warranty Claim Procedure
To ensure a swift resolution, please adhere to the following process if you suspect a part is defective:
2.1. Contact our Technical Support via email at support@kuduparts.com and provide the following documents to facilitate a prompt evaluation:
- Order Number.
- Detailed description of the defect or failure.
- Clear photos/videos for evidence.
2.2. Our technical team will review the issue to determine if it falls within the warranty scope.
2.3. If covered by the warranty policy after the inspection, KuduParts will provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you to return the parts to the designated address.

Notes: Please ensure the parts are returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. KuduParts is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during the return process.

3. Warranty Resolution
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our facility:
Remedy: KuduParts reserves the right to either repair the defective part or provide a replacement part at our sole discretion.
Refund: If a repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund of the original purchase price may be issued.

4. Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty is expressly limited and does not cover the following:
Normal Wear & Tear: Items subject to regular wear such as brake pads, filters, belts, and consumables are generally excluded unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
Improper Use: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, incorrect maintenance, or operation outside of the manufacturer's specifications.
Modification: Any alteration, disassembly, or tampering with the product components will void this warranty immediately.
Consequential Damages: KuduParts shall not be liable for any labor costs, rental equipment, downtime, loss of production, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product.

5. Manufacturer's Evaluation (OEM Parts)
Important Notice for New/OEM Products:
For new products sourced directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), the warranty evaluation process may differ:
Evaluation Process: The defective product may need to be returned to the original manufacturer for inspection.
Timeframe: Please be advised that this process may require an extended duration due to international logistics and the manufacturer's internal quality control procedures.
